Unicom Chemist Limited, a Pharmaceutical Company located at Mallam Market on the Kaneshie Kasoa road has donated boxes of drugs to the Medical Stores of the 37 Military Hospital on Friday March 15, 2024. The drugs donated include Folk Syrup (Folic Acid), Abidec Drop (Multivitamin and Uferon Syrup (blood tonic) The Head of Surgical Business Unit of Unicom Chemist Limited, Dr Charles Mawuli James-Ocloo who presented the items on behalf of management of the company said both institutions have been partners for years and noted that the donation was as part of the company’s Corporate Social responsibility. He added that the donating would ensure affordable medication to all. Receiving the items, the Officer in Charge of the Medical Stores and Equipment Depot, Lieutenant Colonel Ocran thanked Unicom Chemist limited for their benevolence and assured them that the drugs would be administered to patients of the hospital accordingly.
