The Commanding Officer of the 81 Signal Regiment, Lieutenant Colonel Mubarick Ramadan, has paid a familiarisation visit to the 811 Combat Signal Squadron at Michel Camp on Tuesday 8 October 2024. The visit allowed him to interact with personnel, outline his expectations, and gain first-hand insight into the challenges faced by the Squadron. He outlined plans to enhance security signal communication gadgets, refurbish the computer lab, and establish a drone section and cafeteria. Lt Col Ramadan acknowledged the crucial role the Combat Signal Squadron plays in the success of Ghana Armed Forces operations and assured personnel that the necessary support would be provided to ensure the squadron stays updated with modern signalling practices.
