The Jungle Warfare Training School (JWS) has ended a training programme for Standard Military Course (SMC) 63 at Akim Achiase in the Eastern Region on Saturday 27 July, 2024. The Two (2) weeks course tested the leadership skills of Cadets in the conduct of internal security and counter insurgency operations in the jungle settings. In all 83 Cadet took part in the course to enable them take up the tasks as well as conduct conventional missions across the globe. In his closing remarks, the Commanding Officer (CO) Lieutenant Colonel Jacob Codjoe commended the Cadets for their conduct during the course. The CO mentioned that, the course would aid their career advancement in the Ghana Armed Forces. He urged the participants to revise all the time. He congratulated Officers and instructors for the teamwork and dedication.
