Former Chiefs of the Defence Staff (CDS), Lieutenant General (Lt Gen) Peter Augustine Blay and Air Marshal Michael Sampson Oje, have congratulated the incumbent CDS on his elevation to the highest office. The two former Defence Chiefs paid a courtesy call on Lt Gen Oppong-Peprah at the General Headquarters, Burma Camp, on Tuesday 14 May, 2024 to wish him well in his new role. The visit also aimed to show appreciation to the Military High Command for their continued support to retired officers.
