The Leadership Training School (LTS) of the Eastern Naval Command (ENC) has held a handing-over ceremony at the Naval Base, Tema, on Monday, 15 September 2025, to mark the transfer of command from Lieutenant Commander (Lt Cdr) James Kwabena Appiah Owusu to Lt Cdr Emmanuel Kwame Adzakloe. In his address, the outgoing Commander, Lt Cdr Appiah Owusu, expressed his deep appreciation to Almighty God, the Military High Command, and the staff of LTS for their dedication and support during his tenure. He encouraged personnel to extend the same level of commitment and professionalism to his successor. In his acceptance remarks, Lt Cdr Adzakloe pledged to build on the strong foundation laid by his predecessors and further enhance the school’s operational effectiveness and leadership training mandate.
