Representatives from the Army and Navy Wives Association and Air Wives Organisation led by Mrs Fanny Agyen-Frempong has visited the family of the late former First Lady, Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings to pay tribute on Tuesday 4 November 2025.

Mrs Agyen-Frempong eulogized Mrs Agyeman-Rawlings as a selfless woman and a pioneer of women’s empowerment, and extended her condolences to the bereaved family. She assured the bereaved family of support of the Association during the final rites.

The Member of Parliament for Korle Klottey and daughter of the late First Lady, Honourable Zanetor Agyeman-Rawlings expressed appreciation to the Association and shared fond memories of the longstanding relationship between her mother and the Air Wives Organisation.

She stated that their support and kindness would serve as a source of comfort for the family in this period of grief.
