The Chief Staff Officer (CSO) at the Naval Headquarters (NHQ), Commodore Ben Baba Abdul has visited the recruitment center at the Eastern Naval Command (ENC), Tema on Thursday 20 November 2025.

He interacted with staff, commending their professionalism, organisation, and commitment to transparency. He reaffirmed the Navy’s dedication to conducting a fair and orderly recruitment exercise.

The Flag Officer Commanding ENC, Commodore Asiedu-Larbi briefed CSO on the proceedings and described the exercise as seamless with 407 applicants having reported to be screened.

He added that screening at ENC is being conducted in batches, with 500 applicants scheduled for Friday and a 400-applicant mop-up session on Saturday for those unable to attend earlier. The Command assured the public that the exercise is conducted transparently, efficiently and professionally, in line with the high standards of the Ghana Armed Forces.
